Nourishment
Food is my bread and butter, I am so passionate about creating high quality meals, snacks and treats to nourish you through postpartum, but most importantly food that brings joy and makes you feel good. I take a holistic approach to nourishment and take into consideration all the senses from warming touch and foot baths to curating feel good playlists and lighting some incense to create a beautiful energy in your space.
Fostering Deep Rest
Before your babe is here, we work together to delegate and outsource as much as possible to ensure your postpartum is centred around rest & recovery. I support you in implementing practical strategies with your village to reduce your mental load and set realistic expectations with you.
Empowerment
I offer a safe space to be your non-judgmental sounding board as you navigate the ebbs and flows of postpartum, I am here to celebrate your wins and support you in connecting with your intuition. I source evidence based information, practitioners & resources aligned to you & your family leaving you feeling empowered and informed on feeding, sleep & baby care to save you the middle of the night Dr. Google moments.
Community & Connection
I am here to support you in gathering your village. My role is one piece of the larger network of support, from gentle boundary setting, practical ways to ask for help, sourcing aligned resources and referrals to creating rituals that foster connection and nurture.
